The Ruth Harvey Art Gallery at MNBC plays a vital role in Prince Rupert’s ever-changing artistic community, responding to community initiatives and undertaking exhibits and programs on its own initiative. Exhibits by community-based artists in the region  bring a broad range of community members to MNBC and create a link between the artists, the museum and the community.
